Admission is free to this family-friendly, sanctioned barbecue contest at the Riverwalk in downtown Columbus. Donations will be accepted for the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society.

11 a.m.-1 p.m. - Tennessee songwriter/performer Taylor Hoch
2-4 p.m. - Wild Magnolias
4 p.m. - Awards presentation
Children's activities and craft vendors during the day
Concessions are available. No coolers, please. Lawn chairs recommended.
