After an April that was all over the map — hot, cold, stormy, frosty, windy — May should usher in more consistent weather so green thumbs can really hit their stride. That’s the focus of May Quick Bites programs from the Mississippi State University Extension Service.
Quick Bites provide information on varied topics through interactive video. The free programs are held from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursdays at county Extension offices. They are free to the public, but advance sign-up is required.
Sessions will also be available on the MSU campus in Bost 409.
