With the coming of spring, Main Street Columbus announces the return of Noon Tunes, the popular live music and lunch series from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Thursday March 26 through April 16.
Two Jazzy, the keyboard and vocal duo of Tony Derrico and Denise Reid, kick off the series March 26 at Trotter Courtyard next to Trotter Convention Center on Fifth Street South. Zachary''s Restaurant will have lunch sandwiches and salads available for $7 on site. Water and Coca-Cola products are complimentary. The event is sponsored by Steven C. Wallace, PLLC, Attorney at Law.
The second and third Noon Tunes installments, which fall during the 69th annual Columbus Pilgrimage, move to the lawn of the Tennessee Williams Welcome Center at 300 Main St., with lunch provided by The Front Door.
Guitarist and vocalist Paul Brady entertains April 2, and the duo of Mike Cooper and Sheila Heatherly perform April 9.
The final Noon Tunes returns to Trotter Courtyard April 16, with music by guitarist and vocalist Marian Montgomery and lunch by Zachary''s.
