The HEARTS After School Tutoring Program will be a highlight of the community holiday season with its fundraising Holiday Bazaar. This festive day will be Saturday, Dec. 3, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. in the lower level of Trotter Convention Center in downtown Columbus.
The event will feature 40 vendors with wares for holiday gift-giving. There will also be a baked goods booth from the Ole Country Bakery, a Garden Booth with bulbs for planting, and a Silver Wares booth with antique and new silver trays, pitchers and flatware, with other booths of handmade gifts and jewelry, plus much more. Admission will be $5 at the door.
Booths may be reserved by Nov. 8 and will include a draped table. To be a vendor and reserve booth space and for further information, contact Rev. Sandra DePriest, founder of HEARTS, at 662-574-1972, or Board Chairperson Elizabeth Johnson at 205-712-8500, or liztjohnson @aol.com.
