Abbey Margaret Johnson and Andrew Paul Dichiara of West Point exchanged vows June 24, 2017, at 6 p.m. at First Methodist Church in Columbus, with the Rev. Anne Russell Bradley officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albin Evan Johnson III of Columbus. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dudley Newell of Columbus, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albin Evan Johnson Jr. of Columbus. She was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore a strapless, mermaid-style gown accented with a jewel encrusted sash. Her cathedral-length veil was trimmed in silver crystals. She carried a bouquet of light pink peonies wrapped with a strand of pearls belonging to the groom’s late mother. Allison Johnson Brister of West Point, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Laura Marie Dichiara of Jackson, sister of the groom; Laura Hankins Ferguson of Columbus; Morgan Locke Houston of Memphis, Tennessee; Madison Gayle Leach of Charleston, South Carolina; Lindsay Lipscomb of Columbus; Amanda Claire Meyers of Houston, Texas; Morgan Miller Ray of Memphis; Anna Crossley Raley of West Point, cousin of the bride; Davie Anne Sellers of Hattiesburg; Kara Short of Birmingham, Alabama; and Elizabeth Dichiara Zepponi of West Point, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids wore sleeveless periwinkle gowns and carried bouquets of hydrangeas and pink roses. Colby Brister of West Point, niece of the bride, served as flower girl. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Joseph Rosetti of West Point, and Mr. Ronald Samuel Dichiara of Aberdeen. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Wayne Lewellen of Amory and the late June Knight Lewellen, and Mrs. Victoria Pieraccini Dichiara of Aberdeen and the late Anthony Thomas Dichiara. Ronald Samuel Dichiara and Anthony Joseph Rosetti served as best men. Groomsmen were Colby Lloyd Brister of West Point; Harrison Mayo Golson of Greenville, South Carolina; Zachary Joe Golson of Madison; Benjamin Turnage Jameson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; James Cottrell Jameson IV of West Point; Charles Evan Johnson of Birmingham, brother of the bride; James Phillip McClellan of West Point; Alan Sanders Pryor of Nashville, Tennessee; Derrick Lee Robertson of Memphis; Gregory Joseph White of Memphis; and Fred Zepponi of West Point, brother-in-law of the groom. Following a wedding trip to Ochos Rios, Jamaica, the couple resides in West Point, where the groom is an appraiser for Zepponi Appraisals and a real estate agent at Home Town Realty of West Point. The bride is a nurse practitioner at Columbus Cardiovascular Care.
