Patty Ann Green of Columbus and Robert Michael Bogue of Columbus were married July 30, 2011, at 5 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church in Columbus, with the Revs. Tim Williams, Mickey Dalrymple, John Harvey, and John Chandler officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Locke Green of Columbus. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Peggy Chandler and the late Mr. Winston Chandler, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Dee Green, all of Columbus. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless gown of Venice lace, with layered empire waistline and rouched organza accented with Swarovski crystal beading, and a chapel-length train. Her veil of white illusion was trimmed in Venice lace and matching appliqués. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, hypericum berries, Queen Anne’s lace and white sprayed roses and included her grandmother’s brooch with her wedding attire. Caycyn Grant and Heather Roberts served as maids of honor. Serving as bridesmaids were Madison Chandler of Rome, Ga.; Amanda Dunn of Birmingham, Ala.; Jessica Autrey of Fort Worth, Texas; Kaitlyn Griffin of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; Bethany Simpson of Knoxville, Tenn.; Ashley Kalifeh of Huntsville, Ala.; Lauren Perkins of Tuscaloosa; Joan-Marie Manolakis of Birmingham; Amy Bogue of Rogers, Ariz.; and Allison Bogue of Fort Worth. Bridesmaids wore green silk dupioni dresses featuring ruffle collars. They each carried hand-tied bouquets of mixed flowers. Isabella Allison served as flower girl. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Michael Bogue of Columbus. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bryson Bogue of Memphis, Tenn., and Mrs. Mamie Harvey and the late Mr. Charles Harvey of Columbus. The father of the groom served as the best man. Serving as groomsmen were Bob Bogue of Memphis; Matthew Bogue of Rogers; Bryan Bogue of Fort Worth; Daniel Bogue of Hattiesburg; Michael Clardy of Starkville; Thomas Ferguson of Columbus; Tommy Harvey of Knoxville; Brad Hargett of Columbus; Jeffrey Blankenship of Burleson, Texas; and Brad Arinder of Columbus. Following the wedding trip to Port Douglas, Australia, the couple resides in College Station, Texas, where the bride is a doctoral student in communication at Texas A&M University, and the groom is a project engineer at Knife River Corp.
