PURDUE STARTING PITCHER: Jordan Minch - LHP - Freshman - 0-1, 27.00, It's hard to tell what the problem has been for the freshman southpaw as he has given up 11 runs but just five earned runs on six hits. Minch was a four-year varsity letter-winner for coach Dan Miller at Highland high School in Northwest Indiana. Selected for the 2012 Indiana North/South All-Star Game.
