CEDAR BLUFF -- One suspect remains at large, and four have been arrested in connection with a home burglary in the Clay County community of Cedar Bluff, Chief Deputy Eddie Scott reported in a press release.
Dalton Pinkston, 18, is charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and is being held at the Clay County Jail under a $50,000.00 bond. Two juveniles have been charged and turned over to the Clay County Youth Court.
During the course of the investigation, a purse containing $160 in cash and various prescription medications were recovered, Scott said. Investigators also recovered a firearm that was reported stolen from the Horn Lake area. Investigators with the Starkville Police Department, Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Department and Horn Lake Police Department recovered a total of 26 stolen weapons that were hidden in Oktibbeha County.
