A Columbus woman was arrested Monday, in connection with a home burglary. Mary Melissa Yarbrough, 28, of 812 Dana Dr., was arrested by deputies with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and charged with burglary of an occupied house and assault with a weapon. She was released on a $15,000 bond, Her initial court appearance is Aug. 20.
The following felony arrests were made by the LCSO and Columbus Police Department:
Maricus Delano Mosely, 31, of 1012 11 St. N, was arrested by CPD on March 28 and charged with statutory rape. He was released on a $3,500 bond. His initial court appearance is May 3.
Brittney Michelle Arney, 28, of 124 Ole Well Rd., Caledonia, was arrested by LCSO on April 2 and charged with cyberstalking. Her bond was set at $20,000 and her initial court date is pending.
Schronda F. Eddins, 32, of 552 7th Ave. NE, Aliceville, Ala., was arrested by LCSO on April 2 and charged with false pretense. She was released on a $2,500 bond. Her initial court appearance is May 14.
Willie J. Meady, 18, of 520 14 Ave. S, was arrested by CPD on April 2 and charged with possession of cocaine and burglary of a dwelling. His bond was set at $10,000 and his initial court date is pending.
Billy Ray Halbert, 27, of 174 Sugar Hill St., Crawford, was arrested by CPD on April 3 and charged with possession of cocaine. His bond and court date are pending.
James Earl Malone, 48, of 50 Bill Walker Rd., was arrested by LCSO on April 3 and charged with domestic violence/aggravated assault. His bond and court date are pending.
