A teenager accused of a Labor day murder in Columbus received bond of $500,000 on Wednesday.
Dominique Chambers, 19, of 2422 23rd Ave. N. is accused of fatally shooting a fellow teen on Monday afternoon.
Alexander “Slug” Brown, 19, was shot in the head around 2:30 p.m. on Monday in the vicinity of 22nd Ave. and Martin Luther King Dr. in Columbus.
He was driven to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle by friends. Alexander died from his injuries just after 4 p.m. Monday.
Andre Williams was also shot in the shoulder during the incident.
