The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department:
Jerrell Major Ulmer, 30, of 3104 Military Road, was arrested in Tuscaloosa, Ala., by CPD May 2 and charged with three counts of felony uttering forgery. He has not been released.
Dustin Kove Wright, 28, of 1443 N. West Ave., in Springfield, Mo., was arrested by MDOC May 2 and charged with violation of probation. He was released the next day.
Daniel Hemphill Jr., 45, of 709 Forrest Blvd., was arrested by MDOC May 2 and charged with violation of probation. He has not been released.
William Dewayne Miller, 31, of 219 Robinwood Circle, was arrested at 5th St. N. and 3rd Ave. N., by CPD May 3 and charged with felony driving under the influence-3rd offense, running a red light and driving with a suspended drivers license-suspended due to prior DUI. His court date is scheduled for May 15. He has not been released.
Timothy Robert James Livingston, 36, of 1350 Old Wolfe Road in Caledonia, was arrested by LCSO May 3 and charged with embezzlement. He has not been released.
