The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office and the Columbus Police Department: 

 

 

 

  • Brittany Leigh York, 39, of 6129 Highway 182 E., was arrested by LCSO May 11 an charged with domestic violence. Her court date is scheduled for May 21.  

     

  • James Christian "Chris" York, 38, of 6129 Highway 182 E., was arrested by LCSO May 12 and charged with domestic violence, disobeying a police officer and two counts of felony assault on a police officer. His court date is scheduled for Aug. 19. 

     

  • Robbie Jay Clardy, 24, of 2620 Lone Oak Road in Steens, was arrested on Highway 45 N., by MHP May 11 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, improper lane usage, possession of marijuana in a vehicle and driving under the influence. 

     

  • Pearlie Mae Sharp, 58, of 104 Farmers Market Road in Crawford, was arrested at her residence by LCSO May 14 and charged with felony hindering of prosecution and providing false information. Her court date is scheduled for June 11. 

     

  • Timothy Ross Wilson, 272, of 306 Forrest Blvd., was arrested at 1207B Highway 45 N., by MDOC and charged with violation of probation. 

     

  • Jeremy Bernold Winston, 21, of 706 Warpath Road, was arrested by MDOC May 14 and charged with violation of probation.
