The following sentencings were handed down during the current session of 16th Circuit Court in Lowndes County:
Dekariol Hopkins, of 139 Winston Road in Columbus, pleaded guilty to sexual battery and burglary of a dwelling. Hopkins was sentenced to 23 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, 12 suspended, and fined $2,000.
Lisa Dunlap, of 1281 Hughes Road in Columbus, pleaded guilty to identity theft. Dunlap was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, and five years probation.
Cathy Powers, of 618 Washington St. in West Point, pleaded guilty to grand larceny. Powers was sentenced to five years probation.
Alonzo Macon, of 1320 Seventh St. S. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to felony DUI-third offense. Macon was sentenced to two years in MDOC, three years post-release supervision and fined $2,000.
Ernest Frates, of 7031 Colony Apartments on Highway 182 in Columbus, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and grand larceny. Frates was sentenced to six years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $2,000.
Kwesi Hill, of 28 Elliot Place in Columbus ,pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of cocaine. Hill was sentenced to 15 years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.
Larry Dale Baswell, of 501 Wynhurst Court in Columbus, pleaded guilty to domestic violence-third offense. Baswell was sentenced to five years, all suspended, in MDOC and five years probation.
James C. Moore, of 2413 Oat Ave. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, less than 2 grams. Moore was sentenced to complete one year in the intensive supervision program under house arrest with five years probation in lieu of eight years in MDOC.
Jason Broome, of 203 Sherwood Drive No. 45 in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of amphetamine. Broome was sentenced to two years in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
Steven D. Allen, of 2134 County Lake Road in Sulligent, Ala., was found guilty of felony DUI-third offense. Allen was sentenced to complete one year in the intensive supervision program under house arrest with four years probation in lieu of five years in MDOC and fined $2,000.
Ryan S. Perrigin, of 604 Gaywood in Columbus, was found guilty of burglary of a dwelling. Perrigin was sentenced to five years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $1,500.
Robert Lee Young, of 4405 Military Road in Columbus, was found guilty of possession of marijuana greater than 30 grams and less than 250 grams. Young was sentenced to three years in MDOC.
Roderick Dora, of 533 Shady Lane in Columbus, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling. Dora was sentenced to five years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $1,332.
Charlie Wilkins, of 811 Sand Road in Columbus, pleaded guilty to DUI-third offense. Wilkins was sentenced to three years in MDOC, two years post-release supervision and fined $2,000.
Dannon Lee, of 2501 Fifth Ave. N. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to uttering forgery. Lee was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, placed on five years probation and ordered to pay $30,120 in restitution.
Lawrence Coley, of 801 17th St. N. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to forgery. Coley was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and ordered to pay $3,142 in restitution.
Warren Dickerson, of 1514 Martin Luther King Drive in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. Dickerson was sentenced to four years in MDOC.
James A. Jenkins, of 861 Austin Road in Vernon, Ala., pleaded guilty to possession of precursors. Jenkins was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.
Brandon Tipton, of 40520 Lackey Road in Hamilton, pleaded guilty to possession of precursors. Tipton was sentenced to three years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.
Jimmy R. Hallmark of 6105 County Road in Baldwin pleaded guilty to possession of pseudophedrine. Hallmark was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, and five years probation.
Katie Harris, of 918 Sixth St. S. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine more than one gram. Harris was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, and five years probation.
Johnny Bonner, of 902 Waterworks Road in Columbus, pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of marijuana. Bonner was sentenced to eight years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.
n Kriston Richmond, of 1212 Louisville St. No. 64 in Starkville, pleaded guilty to sale of marijuana less than 30 grams. Richmond was sentenced to three years in MDOC, all suspended, three years probation and fined $1,000.
Lori Clark, of 106 Maple St. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine more than one gram. Clark was sentenced to two years in MDOC, two years post-release supervision and fined $1,000.
Andy Joe Corbett, of 366 Pine Crest Circle in Columbus, pleaded guilty to DUI-third offense. Corbett was sentenced to three years in MDOC, two years post-release supervision and fined $3,000.
Anthony Jacob Hicks, of 194 Christopher Drive in Columbus, pleaded guilty to four counts of statutory rape. Hicks was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC and four years post-release supervision.
Jarrett Lee Davis Jr., of 2611 Fourth Ave. N. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to robbery and burglary of a dwelling. Davis was sentenced to eight years in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
Christopher White of 4325 Beaver Creek Road in Vernon, Ala., was found guilty of possession of precursors. White will be sentenced Nov. 19.
Toby Nickoles, of 3556 N. Wolfe Road in Caledonia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility. Nickoles was sentenced to three years probation.
Andrea Skinner, of 605 Spruill Place in Starkville, pleaded guilty to felony false pretense. Skinner was sentenced to three years in MDOC, all suspended, and three years probation.
