Dispatch Staff Report

 

The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Department, Columbus Police Department and Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Office: 

 

 

 

  • Joshua Quinton Knuckles, 30, of 170 Wren St., was arrested at 14th St. N. and 7th Ave. N. by CPD Sept. 5 and charged with violation of probation and public drunkenness. His court date has been scheduled for Sept. 25. 

     

  • Johnathan O. Pegues, 18, of 3509 Camellia Circle, was arrested at the 600 block of 7th Ave. N. by CPD Sept. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana in a vehicle and attempting to commit an offense. He was released Sept. 5 on a $3,500 surety bond. His court date has been scheduled Feb. 10, 2014. 

     

  • Panesha Ann Shields, 34, of 720 Railroad St., was arrested at the MDOC office Sept. 5 and charged with violation of parole. 

     

  • Zyderrick Horsely, 25, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. He was released the same day. 

     

  • Samuel Stowers Mohon, 22, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 26 and charged with the sale of more than 30 grams of marijuana. He was released the same day on $15,000 bail. His court date has been scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • Carrington Butler, 20, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 27 and charged with uttering forgery. Bail was set at $10,000. 

     

  • Cardell Robinson, 27, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 27 and charged with burglary.  

     

  • Jarad Lamar Thompkins, 21, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 27 and charged with selling more than 30 grams of marijuana and the possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana. He was released the same day on $10,443 bail. His court date has been scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • Marcus J. Carpenter, 31, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 28 and charged with the sale of cocaine. Bail was set at $10,000. 

     

  • Rufus Harris Jr., 25, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 28 and charged with false pretense. Bail was set at $5,000. 

     

  • Billie Jean Halderman, 52, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 29 and charged with violation of probation. 

     

  • William Stradford, 23, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 29 and charged with the sale of more than 30 grams of marijuana. He was released the same day on $5,000 bail. 

     

  • Gregory Washington, 37, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 30 and charged with posting of injurious messages and cyberstalking. He was released the same day on $10,000 bail. 

     

  • Willie Ray Oxendine, 48, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 30 and charged with burglary. 

     

  • Marrico Sherman, 31, was arrested by OCSO Aug. 31 and charged with DUI-third offense. His court date has been scheduled for Oct. 15. 

     

  • Bobby D. Bardwell, 25, was arrested by OCSO Sept. 1 and charged with DUI-third offense, possession of a weapon by a felon and driving with a suspended drivers license.
