Dispatch Staff Report

 

The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff's Department and the Columbus Police Department: 

 

 

 

  • Aurby Lee Bell Jr., 36, of 1005 Second St. S., was arrested by CPD Sept. 23 and charged with the sale of marijuana. He was released the same day on a $2,500 bond. His court date was scheduled for Nov. 21. 

     

  • Kenneth Jermaine Cox, 40, of Millport, Ala., was arrested by CPD Sept. 23 and charged with two counts of selling cocaine and selling a controlled substance. He was released the same the day on $7,500 bond. His court date is scheduled for Nov. 7. 

     

  • Guonshay Tierre Holt, 28, of 1825 10th Ave. N., Apt. 3, was arrested by CPD Sept. 23 and charged with two counts of selling cocaine, two counts of selling marijuana, speeding and no drivers license. He was released the same day on a $3,750 bond. His court date is scheduled for Nov. 21. 

     

  • Danny Earl Macon, 42, of 67 Thurlow Drive was arrested at Taco Bell on Alabama St., and charged with selling cocaine. He has not been released. 

     

  • Brandon Tyree Perry, 18, of 1419 Sixth St. S., was arrested by CPD Sept. 23 and charged with two counts of selling marijuana. He was released the same day on $5,000 bond. His court date is scheduled for Nov. 7. 

     

     

     

    The following arrests were reported by the Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Office: 

     

     

     

  • Susan D. McMahan, 28, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO on two felony warrants for the sale of schedule III narcotics. She was released the same day on $20,000 bond. Her court date is scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • April Michelle Jones, 32, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO on two felony warrants for the sale of schedule III narcotics. She was released the same day on $20,000 bond. Her court date is scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • Vickie Cheryl McMahon, 59, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO on two felony warrants for the sale of schedule III narcotics. She was released the same day on $20,000 bond. Her court date is scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • Michael Wayne Cunningham, 23, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO and charged with a house arrest violation. He was released Sept. 19. 

     

  • Justin Yhonquea, 23, of 288 Arnold Drive, was arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO and charged with violating his parole. He is on parole for burglary of vehicles. He has not been released. 

     

  • Antaun L. Tillman, 23, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO and charged with accessory after the fact. Bond is set at $10,000. 

     

  • Brandon Butler, 27, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO on a warrant for the sale of a schedule II narcotic. He was released Sept. 22 on $10,000 bail. His court date is scheduled for Oct. 21. 

     

  • Learthur M. Neal, 26, was arrested Sept. 18 by OCSO and charged with violating his earned release supervision program associated with charges for selling marijuana and domestic violence. He was released on Sept. 23. 

     

  • Jamarcus Lewis, 23, was arrested Sept. 19 by OCSO and charged with uttering forgery. He was released the same day on $5,000 bond. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2014. 

     

  • Antonio Tomour Chandler, 35, was arrested Sept. 20 by OCSO and charged with fleeing law enforcement officers, reckless driving, improper turn, no insurance, disorderly conduct and violation of probation. He has not been released.
