Noxubee County Circuit Court convened Sept. 14-Oct. 2, with Judge Lee Howard presiding. Action taken by the court included:
William Coleman Jr. pleaded guilty to uttering forgery. Coleman was sentenced to five years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, all suspended, five years probation and fined $750.
Jermaine McLeod pleaded guilty to possession of benzylpiperazine between one-tenth to 2 grams. McLeod was sentenced to two years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $500.
Alicia McMillian pleaded guilty to uttering forgery. McMillian was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and ordered to pay $1,220 in fines and restitution.
Latesia Koger pleaded guilty to three counts of uttering forgery. Koger was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $1,100.
Hendrick Malone pleaded guilty to grand larceny. Malone was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and ordered to pay $1,500 in fines and restitution.
Jimmy Henley's post-release supervision after serving a sentence for robbery was revoked. Henley was sentenced to three years in MDOC.
Mario Patterson pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine between one-tenth and 2 grams. Patterson was sentenced to eight years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $500.
Alphonso Skinner pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. Skinner was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and ordered to pay $7,517 in fines and restitution.
Jamario Gilkey pleaded guilty to armed robbery. Gilkey was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
Gabriel Hill pleaded guilty to dogfighting and robbery. Hill was sentenced to three years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $2,000.
Deountray Roby pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary of an automobile. Roby was sentenced to one year in MDOC, three years post-release supervision and ordered to pay $2,783 in fines and restitution.
Keithshawn Jackson pleaded guilty to escape and two counts of simple assault on an officer. Jackson was sentenced to two years in MDOC, three years post-release supervision and fined $750.
Robin Harris pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine less than one-tenth gram. Harris was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $500.
Terry Lynn Brown's post-release supervision post-release supervision after serving a sentence for sale of cocaine was revoked. Brown was sentenced to five years in MDOC.
Tiffany Campbell pleaded guilty to two counts of uttering forgery. Campbell was sentenced to two years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and ordered to pay $2,648 in fines and restitution.
Vanessa Tate pleaded guilty to felony false pretense. Tate was sentenced to 24 hours in MDOC, two years post-release supervision and ordered to pay $2,083 in fines and restitution.
Annie Dale pleaded guilty to false pretense. Dale was sentenced to three years in MDOC, all suspended, three years probation and ordered to pay $1,100 in fines and restitution.
Clint Turner pleaded guilty to felony possession of state property. Turner was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, all suspended, five years post-release supervision and ordered to pay $3,135 in fines and restitution.
Derrick J. Bryant pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine more than one-tenth gram. Bryant was sentenced to eight years in MDOC or one year of house arrest with four years probation and fined $750.s

Eric Davis pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon. Davis' post-release supervision after serving a sentence for burglary of a dwelling was revoked. Davis was sentenced to 12 years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $250.
