Cadence Bank announced today that Pat Lane has joined the bank’s local advisory board for Starkville.”I am extremely honored to have the opportunity to serve an organization that has been a part of this community for more than 100 years,” said Lane. “Cadence has a seasoned team of bankers who have deep roots in this community and are experts in their fields. I look forward to being a part of their outstanding advisory board.”
Lane has been a real estate broker in the Starkville area for 39 years. She was recognized as Coldwell Banker’s top producer in Mississippi from 1998 to 2001 and was honored with the International President’s Elite designation eight consecutive times. Over the years, she also has been voted by the community as one of the best Realtors in Starkville and the Golden Triangle.
She currently serves as an ambassador for the Greater Starkville Development Partnership and is a member of the Partnership’s Committee of 100. She has been an active board member of the Starkville Oktibbeha Achieving Results (SOAR) Community Foundation since its inception in 2002 and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Starkville – Mississippi State University Symphony Association. Lane attended Mississippi State University where she earned her master’s degree. She and her husband, Larry, a retiree of Mississippi State University’s Chemical Laboratory, are long-time members of First United Methodist Church.
