Local viewers may see familiar sites tonight on ESPN.
Tonight’s episode of E:60, the worldwide leader’s video magazine program, will feature a profile on Tuscaloosa native and WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.
ESPN tagged along as Wilder spoke to students at Columbus Middle School in March. It is unconfirmed if scenes from Columbus will make the final edit into tonight’s show. When Wilder visited, the boxer encouraged kids who had what he called a similar upbringing. When the speech was over, Wilder signed autographs for every kid in attendance.
E:60 will air at 7:00 on ESPN 2.
