A Starkville man is in jail after Oktibbeha County sheriff’s deputies arrested him Sunday for domestic assault and kidnapping.
Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident in the 1100 block of East Lee Boulevard, according to a press release.
The call led to the arrest of 26-year-old Enrico Larell Kendle.
The release said the two victims in incident suffered injuries that were “not life threatening.”
LCSO Lt. Brett Watson said the victims were a 20-year-old male and 19-year-old female. He said Kendle knew both victims and was in a domestic relationship with the female. He did not say which victim Kendle is accused of kidnapping.
Deputies booked Kendle into the Oktibbeha County Jail on suspicion of one count of aggravated domestic violence, one count simple assault and one count of kidnapping.
Kendle is still in custody at Oktibbeha County Jail. His bond is set at $50,500.
