James Collier, 38, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court.
Lavel Hudson, 32, was charged with parole violation and two counts of failure to appear.
Kross Drayton, 19, was charged with fraudulent use of identity.
Dylan Wade, 21, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Darrell Thompson, 48, was charged with possession of a weapon by felon, no insurance, no seatbelt and possession of a controlled substance.
Kelvin Bell, 29, was charged with parole violation and no insurance.
Cody Toms, 25, was charged with six counts of burglary of a residence.
Elija Jones, 35, was charged with assault on an officer and disorderly conduct.
Joshua Jennings, 28, was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon and burglary.
James Ellis, 34, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Arthur Kolbet, 45, was charged with 4th offense DUI and child endangerment.
Derrick Bell, 40, was charged with a house arrest violation.
Charles Beard, 29, was charged with a probation violation.
Kimberly Hubbard, 38, was charged with false pretense.
John Arnold, 45, was charged with kidnapping and two counts in indirect criminal contempt.
George Fair, 37, was charged with sexual battery.
Douglas Jones, 29, was charged with probation violation, telephone harassment, and domestic violence.

Gayla Hodnett, 53, was charged with possession of a schedule II drug.
William Jones, 34, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
Laquavis Collier, 27, was charged with possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana.
Sylvester Dollison, 67, was charged with aggravated assault.

Kimberly Mason, 44, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
Rodney Guin, 47, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Rebecca Bumgardner, 42, was charged with commercial burglary.
Reuben Rice, 26, was charged with cyberstalking, no driver’s license, contempt in court, two counts of failure to appear, no turn signal, possession of paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
Ronnie Mixon, 31, was charged with possession of a weapon by felon and domestic violence.
Octavia Macon, 25, was charged with aggravated assault.
Anthony Gilmore, 22, was charged with child abuse.
