BankFirst of Columbus named three new members to its Community Advisory Board. Dr. Cooper Callaway-Calloway Orthodontics; Anika Mitchell Perkins-Executive Director of University Relations for Mississippi University for Women; and Melinda Pilkinton, Ph.D., LCSW,-Associate Professor at Mississippi State University in the Sociology Department and Social Work Director were appointed to the Community Advisory Board.
The Community Advisory Board is comprised of seven members who help guide the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) commitment in the areas of affordable housing, consumer loans and services, charitable giving, environmental stewardship and other community development efforts.
They join Brandt Galloway, Trip Hairston, Michael Putt and Michael Waters who are continuing to serve.
