Dispatch Staff Report

 

 

The following arrests were made by Lowndes County Sheriff's Office: 

 

  • Michael Haney, 51, was charged with burglary of a commercial building, car, etc. 

     

  • Mandell Glover, 18, was charged with armed robbery. 

     

  • Anthony Buckhalter, 31, was charged with fleeing or eluding in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, expired tag, no insurance, no motorcycle endorsement and resisting arrest. 

     

  • Stephen Kesler Jr., 37, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and probation violation. 

     

  • Devin Thompson, 28, was charged with possession, sale or transfer of a stolen firearm and domestic violence/aggravated assault. 

     

  • Lonnie Phinizee, 72, was charged with possession of distillery. 

     

  • Shanita Williamson, 28, was charged with child abuse and false information. 

     

  • Edward Smith, 36, was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon or other means to produce death. 

     

  • Elishawan Young, 29, was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, possession, sale or transfer of a stolen firearm and three counts of failure to appear. 

     

     

     

    The following arrests were made by the Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Office: 

     

  • Jamaunte Thompson, 32, was charged with fourth offense DUI. 

     

  • Candelaria Rubio, 36, was charged with burglary of a residence. 

     

  • Desmen Jackson, 29, was charged with two counts of sale of cocaine. 

     

  • Osie Hoskins, 47, was charged with burglary of a residence and a MDOC hold. 

     

  • Billy Batts, 27, was charged with contempt of court and indicted on a felony charge. 

     

  • Ronnie Cooper, 19, was indicted on two felony charges. 

     

  • Georgia Mullins, 49, was charged with aggravated domestic assault and possession of paraphernalia. 

     

  • James Wordlaw, 48, was charged with possession of cocaine, exploitation of a vulnerable adult, disorder conduct, contempt of court and two counts of no driver's license. (No photo available.) 

     

  • Eric Wilson, 47, was charged with a bench warrant, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 

     

  • Isaiah Elam, 19, was charged with four counts of burglary of a vehicle and possession of a stolen firearm. 

     

  • Anthony Stevenson, 33, was indicted on a felony charge. 

     

  • Nicholas Winchester, 22, was charged with sexual battery. 

     

  • Brianna McCully, 23, was charged with malicious mischief. 

     

  • Jonathan Adams, 36, was charged with grand larceny. 

     

  • Demetrius Reed, 43, was charged with possession of a weapon by a felon.
