HATLEY — A 29-year-old Aberdeen man has been charged with operating a mobile crystal methamphetamine lab in Monroe County.
Brandon Ray Murff, of 50037 Gilbert Road, was pulled over on Hatley Road on Aug. 12 by Hatley Police Chief Eric Sloan.
Sloan called the Monroe County Sheriff”s Office and North Mississippi Narcotics agents to assist in the arrest after he found the lab and tools commonly used to make meth, said Monroe Sheriff Andy Hood.
Murff was charged with possession of precursors with intent to manufacture and possession of a controlled substance.
Justice Court Judge Robert Fowlkes set his bond at $25,000.
