A 38-year-old woman was arrested Saturday after she came home drunk and angry her football team lost and head-butted her 15-year-old daughter, according to police.
Alison Simon, of 1204 12th Ave. N., broke her daughter”s nose at about 6:45 p.m. Saturday, said police Public Information Officer Terrie Songer.
The daughter had become angry earlier because Simon was drunk, which led to the argument and the daughter throwing the first punch, Songer said. The girl”s mother then fought back, knocking her to the ground.
Simon, whose bond had not been set early today, is charged with aggravated domestic violence.
