Judge Lee Howard presiding:
· Vernon N. Elmore, of 26505 Highway 50 W. in Maben, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling. He was sentenced to six years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections and ordered to complete drug and alcohol treatment.
· Cedric Sanders, of 312 Fourth St. S., pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of cocaine. He was given concurrent sentences of 15 years in MDOC, fined $5,000 and given five years of post-release supervision.
· Misty Arington, of 9 County Road 313 in Big Creek, pleaded guilty to the taking of a motor vehicle. She was given a $1,000 fine and was sentenced to one year in the state’s Intensive Supervision Program, followed by five years of post-release supervision. If she violates the conditions of her sentence, she will receive 10 years in MDOC.
· Justin J. Painter, of 72 Diane Court, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraudulent use of identification. He received consecutive sentences, which come to five years in MDOC, four years of post-release supervision, a $1,000 fine. He was also ordered to pay $528 in restitution and obtain his GED.
· Dustin S. Smith, of 150 Herman Vaughn Road in Steens, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine .1 grams to 2 grams. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and was fined $750.
· Cory Beard, of 2873 New Hope Road, pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary of an automobile. He received concurrent sentences of five years of supervised probation, was fined $1,500 and was ordered to pay $544 in restitution.
· Matthew McDaniel, of 107 Center Road, pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary of an automobile. He received concurrent sentences of five years of supervised probation, was fined $1,500 and was ordered to pay $544 in restitution.
· Colby Junkin, of 10319 County Road 57 in Reform, Ala., pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, was fined $1,500 and was ordered to pay $544 in restitution.
· Jesse S. Shelton, of 2400 Main St. Apt. 2, pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to a year in MDOC, fined $500 and given four years of post-release supervision.
· Guy Morrison, of 150 New Hope Road, pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of Alprazolam. He received consecutive sentences, which came to a total of 16 years in MDOC, was fined $2,000 and was ordered to five years of post-release supervision.
· Lejonthae O.R. Dunn, of 200 Sanders Mill Road in Steens, pleaded guilty to receiving more than $500 in stolen property, burglary of a building and two counts of grand larceny. He received consecutive sentences, which came to a total of eight years in MDOC with five years of post-release supervision. He was also ordered to pay $21,638.56 in restitution and was fined $900.
· Tommy C. Moore, of 208 Ray Ave. Apt. A33 in Sulligent, Ala., pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine .1 to 2 grams. He was sentenced to three years in MDOC with five years of post-release supervision and fined $500.
· Mark A. Johnson, of 216 Billy Kidd Road in Steens, pleaded guilty to two counts of grand larceny. He was sentenced to five years of probation, and was ordered to pay $21,638.56 in restitution and participate in the county’s work program.
· Toby Nickoles, of 3556 N. Wolfe Road in Caledonia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and felony driving under the influence, third offense. He received concurrent sentences of three years in MDOC with four years of post-release supervision and was fined $2,000.
· Elijah Williams, of 1235 Starkville Road in Crawford, pleaded guilty to receiving and possessing stolen property. His four years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was ordered to serve the period in MDOC.
· Marshall Porter, of 417 19th St. S., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling. His five years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was ordered to serve five years in MDOC with alcohol and drug treatment.
· Tracy Ward, of 4515 Highway 182 E. Lot 6, pleaded guilty to possession of oxycodone. Ward was sentenced to five years in MDOC and fined $1,000.
· Tyrie Shields, of 610 22nd St. N., pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. His three years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was sentenced to three years in MDOC.
· Jerry Darnell, of 2050 Highway 373, pleaded guilty to felony fleeing of a law enforcement officer. His five years of probation were revoked and he was sentenced to five years in MDOC.
· Charles P. Bascom, of 82 Amanda Drive, pleaded guilty to the habitual, fraudulent use of an ID and to ID theft. He received consecutive sentences, which came to a total of seven years in MDOC, five years of post-release supervision, a $5,000 fine, restitution of $809 and long-term alcohol and drug treatment.
· Austin Wheat, of 1152 Blackcreek Road, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. He received concurrent sentences, which came to a total of 12 years in MDOC with five years of post-release supervision and a $1,000 fine.
· Laterrence Steward, of 113 Poplar St., pleaded guilty to the sale of fewer than 30 grams of marijuana. His two years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was sentenced to two years in MDOC.
· Lisa M.S. Boyd, of 555 Hutcherson Road, pleaded guilty to ID theft. She was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC with five years of post-release supervision, fined $1,000, ordered to pay $1,965.97 in restitution, and told to seek long-term alcohol and drug treatment and her GED.
· Boyd also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to sell cocaine. Her five years of post-release supervision were revoked and she was sentenced to five years in MDOC.
n Christopher L. Houser, of 309 Main St. Apt. 216, pleaded guilty to possession of Oxycodone. His five years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was sentenced to five years in MDOC.
· William C. Floyd, of 2400 Highway 15 S. in Woodland, pleaded guilty to attempting to possess meth. He was sentenced to four years probation and fined $500.
· Ashley Keyes, of 105 Winchester Drive, pleaded guilty to felony false pretense for writing a bad check. She was sentenced to three years probation, fined $500 and ordered to pay $458.78 in restitution.
· Demetris J. Nash, of 601 Alabama St., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 30 to 250 grams. His give years of post-release supervision were revoked and he was sentenced to a year in MDOC with two years of post-release supervision. He was also fined $500.
Judge Jim Kitchens presiding:
· Laquita R. Butts, of 1812 Seventh Ave. N., pleaded guilty to possession of Benzylpiperzin. Her eight-year sentence in MDOC was suspended and she was ordered to undergo five years of probation, obtain her GED, and pay a $200 fine and $250 restitution.
· Joshua P. Jennings, of 402 Waterworks Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building. His seven-year sentence in MDOC was suspended and he was ordered to undergo five years of probation, obtain his GED and pay a $250 fine and $575 in restitution.
· Wesley Charles, of 634 31st Ave. N., pleaded guilty to embezzlement. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, ordered to obtain his GED, fined $500 and told to pay $849.68 in restitution.
· Quinntinn Ervin, of 186 Lehmberg Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of the Country Air Apartments, where he lived. His seven-year sentence in MDOC was suspended and he was given five years of probation. He was also fined $250, ordered to pay $1,175 in restitution and told to obtain his GED.
· Ginger L. Dalton, of 20924 Highway 171 S. in Fayette County, Ala., pleaded guilty to possession of two or more methamphetamine precursors. Her 15-year sentence in MDOC
