COLUMBUS — Yvetta Bailey Hudgins, 50, died Oct. 21, 2014, in Jackson. Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Piney Grove MB Church with Michael Reed officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation is today from noon-5 p.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home of Columbus. Mrs. Hudgins was born in New York on Jan. 22, 1964, to the late Freddie and Charles Ruth Bailey. She was a member of Piney Grove MB Curch. She was an entrepreneur and member of Queen Ester #519. She also served as Worthy Matron for Tomorrows Future 1002A. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Salina McCoy; and two sisters, Mary Ruth Bailey and Frederica Marie Bailey. She is survived by her husband, David Hudgins; daughters, Tiffany Young, Keana Burwell, Taniya Bailey and Ebony Terry; sons, Kevin Bailey, Akeem Toppin, Marquiz Hill, Antonio Davis, David Davis and Terrance McCoy; six grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Bailey and Kimberly Jennings; and brother, Derrick Cook.
