STARKVILLE — Eleanor Moulder Moak, 92, died Jan. 23, 2015. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Starkville. Burial will follow at Memorial Garden Park. Visitation is two hours before service time at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Welch Funeral Home. Mrs. Moak was born in Lemon on June 27, 1922, to the late Rapp and Lilla Moulder. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Gideon’s Women’s International and Joyful Noisemakers. She was formerly employed as the manager of the Sudduth Elementary School cafeteria. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Raba Wardell, Myra Norsworthy and Ouida Russell; and two brothers, L. R. Moulder and John Dan Moulder. She is survived by her husband, Dr. James E. Moak; children, Jimmy Moak, Laura Moak Aiken and Nancy Moak Fultz; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Jean Turner of Clinton. Memorials may be made to the Children’s Building Fund at First Baptist Church, 106 East Lampkin Street, Starkville, MS 39759.
