MACON – Otha Mae Conner, 82, died Jan. 3, 2018, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Services will be noon Saturday at Charity Full Gospel Church of Crawford with Willie Ivy officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery of Macon. Visitation will be today from 1 till 5 p.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Chapel of Macon. Visitation will also be one hour prior to service. Mrs. Conner was born in Noxubee County on Aug. 1, 1953, to the late Mary Arkatie Williams and Matt Robinson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Sam Conner and Paul Conner; brothers, Johnny H. Williams, Earnest Larry and Allen Robinson; and sisters, Frances Rollins, Betty Robinson, Marietha Windham and Gertrude Johnson. She is survived by her daughters, Lula Freeman Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, Louise Chandle of Columbus, Lois Giles of Elizabethtown, Kentucky andTeretha Conner of Macon; sons, Charlie Conner, Frank Conner, Billy Conner, all of Macon, and John Conner of Brooksville; brothers, Shelton Robinson, Gus Robinson and Issac Robinson; sister, Nettie Glass, 33 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and on great-great-grandchild.
