ABERDEEN — Bill Bo Earnest, 62, died Jan. 9, 2018, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home in Amory with Dr. Roy McHenry officiating. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Amory. Visitation will be from 5:30 till 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Earnest was born in Monroe County on June 8, 1955, to Johnny and Kay Griggs Rogers Earnest. He attended Aberdeen High School and was formerly employed by Tronox. He had previously worked for Coca Cola and Dowdle Gas. He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Earnest; sister, Mary Traywick; and stepfather, R.C. Rogers. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Earnest of Amory; his mother, Kay Francis Rogers of Aberdeen; sons, Christopher England of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Brad Odom of Amory and Billy W. Earnest of Hamilton, Alabama; daughter, Jennifer Self of Ecru; and seven grandchildren; Pallbearers will be Stanley Doss, Tracy Pickle, Wade Horne, Michael D. Dykes, Michael L. Dykes and Matthew Dykes. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 300, Memphis, TN 38148-0522.
