COLUMBUS — Ralph Jackson “Jack” Lindsey, 88, died Feb. 7, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Billings officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. Skelton Funeral Home of Reform is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Lindsey was born in Pickens County, Alabama on Jan. 27, 1930, to that late Lee Lindsey and Lula Shaw Lindsey. He formerly served in the US Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Lindsey, Claudi Lindsey and Levi Lindsey; sisters, Wilma Yerby and Edith Snider; and one granddaughter. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Wheat; sons, George Lindsey and Glen Lindsey; sister, Mary Vickery; brothers, Lewis Lindsey, George Lindsey and Joe Lindsey; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
