GORDO, Ala. — Leon Livingston, 86, died Dec. 2, 2012, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services are Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Skelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Delbert Canterbury and the Rev. Henry Trull officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery in Hightogy, Ala. Visitation is today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Livingston was born Oct. 22, 1926, to the late Clinton Livingston and Della Pauline Freeman Livingston. He was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, a self employed truck driver and a veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Bonnie Livingston; sister, Lois Street; and one grandchild. Survivors include his wife, Betty Lou Livingston of Gordo; daughter, Nancy Lynn Livingston of Gallup, N.M.; sons, Billy Ware Livingston of Sumrall, Ricky Allan Livingston, Randy Clinton Livingston and Rocky Leon Livingston, all of Gordo; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
