OBITUARY
Faye Pearson
WEST POINT — Faye Moore Pearson, 76, died Dec. 11, 2012, at her residence. Services are Thursday at 10 a.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Towery officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery at Montpelier. Visitation is today from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Pearson was born May 7, 1936, to the late Maggie Lou Pate Moore and Charles Andrew Moore. She was formerly employed with Knickerbocker and Big Yank Manufacturing. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Martha Lou Moseley and Virginia Hosmer; and brother, Hugh Milton Moore. Survivors include her husband, Thomas E. “Pappy” Pearson of West Point; daughter, Judy Pearson Ray of West Point; sister, Glenda Clardy of West Point; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Andy Moore, Danny Clardy, Jasper Lummus, Mike Pearson, Sam Pearson, Robert Lummus and Keith Thompson.
