BROOKSVILLE — Rose Ella Henley, 84, died Dec. 27, 2012, at her residence. Services are Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mt. Ary MB Church with the Rev. John Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Henley Cemetery. Visitation is today from 1-6 p.m. at West Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors include her daughters, Willie Lou Lane of Kankakee, Ill., Inell Barnes of Brooksville and Christine Chapman of Denver; sons, Woodrow Henley Jr., of Guam, Willie Henley of Brooksville, John Henry Henley of Tupelo, Joe Tyson Henley of Los Angeles, Nathaniel Henley of West Point and Tommie C. Henley of El Paso, Texas; sisters, Estella Jenkins of East St. Louis, Ill., and Irene Ireland of Brooksville; brothers, Jasper Rice of East St. Louis, Joseph Rice of Brooksville, Ray Rice of Pasadena, Calif., Joe Nathan Rice of Starkville and Robert Rice of Artesia; 27 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
