BROOKSVILLE — Charles “Andy” Phillips, 55, died Jan. 3, 2013. Services are Saturday at 11 a.m. at Second Baptist Church with Mr. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Brooksville Cemetery. Visitation is today from noon to 5 p.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home of Macon. Mr. Phillips was born May 23, 1957, to the late Viola Phillips. He was a member of Second Baptist Church and was employed as a janitor at the Noxubee County Schools. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Phillips, T.J. Phillips, Milton Tate, Willie J. Key, O.C. Key and Louis Key Jr.; and sisters, Lillie Lue Phillips Nash and Bertha Key. Survivors include her children, Felecia Barber of St. Louis and Viola Brue of New Orleans; sisters, Betty Mickens, Ruby Smith and Sarah Phillips, all of Brooksville, Annette Hunter, Betty Kilbrough, Clarice Robertson and Margaret Edwards, all of Columbus; brothers, Columbus Phillips of West Point, Ricky Phillips of Newport, Va., James Phillips of Florida, and Earnest George Key of Columbus; and two grandchildren.
