OBITUARY

 

Marquette Powers

 

 

STARKVILLE — Marquette L. Powers, 69, died Jan. 6, 2013, at OCH Regional Medical Center. Service are Saturday at 2 p.m. at West Memorial Chapel with the Rev. William Banks officiating. Burial will follow in Powers Cemetery. Visitation is today from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include his sisters, Joanne Howard and Emma Redmond, both of Starkville; and brothers, Emmanuel Powers of Starkville and James E. Powers of Lakewood, Calif.
