OBITUARY
Gloria Jones
COLUMBUS — Gloria Brooks Jones, 52, died Jan. 12, 2013. Services are Friday at 11 a.m. at Lee-Sykes Chapel with the Rev. Clyde Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery. Visitation is today from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Jones was born Feb. 22, 1960, to the late Attrice and Emma Malone Brooks. Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Jones; daughter, Annie Marie Jones; son, Allan Michael Jones; brothers, Attrice Brooks Jr., of Lakeland, Fla., and Lomont Hudson of Nevada; sisters, Minera Stewart and Shirley Jones, both of Columbus, Martha Lawson of Kankakee, Ill., and Vera Jones of Jackson; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers are Porter Stewart Sr., Demon Stewart, Melvin Perry, Alfonzo Anthony, Robert Stewart, Charles Stewart and Arvis Lawson.
