MACON —Thomas “Stump” Foreman, 82, died Jan. 25, 2013. Services are today at 2 p.m. at Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery. Mr. Foreman was born March 17, 1929, to the late William Presley and Lorean Elizabeth Wright Foreman. He attended school in Artesia and served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as a service manager for Murry Chevrolet. He opened his own auto repair shop where he worked until his retirement. He attended Mashulaville Community Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Acker; and brothers, Earl and Charles Foreman. He is survived by his wife, Mary Foreman of Macon; daughters, Donna Tribble of Jonesboro, Ark., Sharon Jenkins of Tupelo; Janet Pate of Kingston Springs, Tenn., and Carol Ann Eaves of Louisville; sons, Tommy Foreman of Bartlett, Tenn., and Ronnie Foreman of Macon; sisters, Lorean Flippen of West Point; Linda Callahan of Weir, Brenda Foreman of West Point; brothers, Luther Foreman of Columbus, Buddy Foreman of Senatobia, and Danny Foreman of Olathe, Kan.; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
