OBITUARY
Kellie Wells
SULLIGENT, Ala. — Kellie Wells, 89, died Jan. 25, 2013, at Marion Regional Medical Center. Services are Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Otts Funeral Home Chapel with Bud Glass officiating. Burial will follow in McKinney Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Wells was born Dec. 14, 1923, to the late Fred D. and Hattie Hollis McKinney. She was a member of Rising Star Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Talmer Metcalfe and Gabe Wells; daughter, Ozella Loftis; sisters, Vandora Cribbs and Celestine McKinney; brother, Freddie McKinney; and one grandson. Survivors include her daughter, Mayola Woods of Sulligent; sisters, Dezzie Lee Hollis of Sulligent and Johnnie Mae Spencer of Gary, Ind.; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
