COLUMBUS — Julia Ella Webber, 76, died Jan. 29, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital–Golden Triangle. Services are Saturday at 11 a.m. at Friendship MB Church with H. Glenn Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. Visitation is today from 1-7:30 p.m. at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home. Mrs. Webber was born Aug. 29, 1936, to the late Joseph and Sally Harris White. She was a member of Friendship MB Church and she worked with the Missionary Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sterling Webber Jr.; and brothers, John and Henry White. Survivors include her children, Joyce Clemmons, Floyd Webber of Columbus, Charles Webber of Lawton, Okla., and Sterling Webber III of Huntsville, Ala.; brothers, Charlie, Jessie and Joseph JR., all of Chicago; sisters, Annie Mae and Emma Lou of Chicago, Gwendolyn White Badie of Atlanta and Juanita White of Macon, Ga.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be family members.
