OBITUARY
Tommie McShan
COLUMBUS — Tommie Gene McShan “Ike”, 67, died Feb. 15, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. Services are Friday at 2 p.m. at Providence M.B. Church in Columbus with the Rev. Abraham Greenlaw officiating. Burial will follow in Stallion Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 12-5 p.m. at Carter’s Funeral Services of Columbus. Mr. McShan was born Dec. 18, 1945, in Lowndes County, to Lilie Jethrow Williams and the late Jimmie McShan Sr. He was a member of Southside M.B. Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Ernestine Lyons, Jimmie McShan Jr. and Albert Johnson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Deloristine Conner, Cynthia McGee, Arvin Allen Williams and Willie Earl Jethrow, all of Columbus.
