OBITUARY
Earlie Townsend
WEST POINT —Earlie Mae Townsend, 64, died Feb. 14, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. Services are Friday at 11 a.m. at Progress Street Church of God with Bishop William Golden officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 3-6 p.m. at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel. Mr. Townsend was born June 26, 1948, in West Point, to the late Earl Townsend and Mary Alice Townsend. He is survived by his brother, Fred Townsend of West Point; sisters, Bobbie Sylvester of Chicago, Ill., Stella Townsend of Cibolo, Texas, and Ella Fay Bell of West Point.
