OBITUARY
Betty Burchett
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Betty Jane Burchett, 77, died Feb. 17, 2013, at Heritage Health Care and Rehab. Services are today at 2 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home with Ben Jameson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation is two hours prior to services. Mrs. Burchett was born June 5, 1935, to the late Gilbert and Dorothy Pennington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Burchett; infant daughter, Debra Burchett; and one brother. Survivors include her daughters, Judy Wood of New Hope and Donna Wincek of Northport, Ala.; sons, Danny Burchett of Vernon, Ala., Tommy Burchett of Eutaw, Ala., and Marty Burchett of Blythe, Calif.; three sisters; two brothers; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
