OBITUARY
Pearline Washington
WEST POINT — Pearline Washington, 89, died March 3, 2013, at her residence. Services are Friday at 11 a.m. at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel with Willie James Dale officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is today from 3-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Washington was born Feb. 1, 1924, to the late Mary Dixon. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her son, Levy Joe Washington; and brother, Slim Hill. Survivors include her five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
