Warnings about scam phone calls
Today, Thursday, I received two identical phone calls. One at 7:35 A.M.; one at 9:57 A.M.
Both were recorded messages. The message was a woman caller, and she said she was from the IRS and my account was under investigation and I had to call 415-746-6961 or I could face arrest. I did not call, and I reported these phone calls to the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office and filed a complaint with the F.B.I. online.
I have been told of one other person in Louisville who received the same call.
