In your editorial (“Actions matter in campaigns”) and in Lynn Spruill’s column in the July 17 paper, you both are critical of candidates who don’t file reports or show up for forums. Why don’t you print the names of the people who filed and didn’t file expense reports and those who did show and didn’t show at forums? How do I, as a prospective voter, find out without the paper letting me know? Please complete your comments with specific examples. That information would be useful in helping me decide who to vote for. Otherwise, it is a waste of your time printing and my time reading about issues.
