A show of unity
Sunday afternoon at the Riverwalk, a lot of Christian brothers and sisters gathered for a time of worship, fellowship and praise. This was a time that showed fellowship and love for each other regardless of race or ethnicity. We gathered to honor our first responders. The praise music was provided by local choir members and it set the mood for the message presented by pastor R.J. Matthews.”Eyes open, walls down, hands up and hearts open.” What a message to unite us as one.
I hope this is a step to unify our city and it will spread further, state-wide and nationwide. Columbus is a great place, but it will take involvement of all citizens to keep Columbus great. Working together we can accomplish big things in the “Friendly City”
I don’t want to offend anyone, but “God Bless” Columbus.
