Appreciates 4-County board holding line on costs
Congratulations to the 4-County EPA board on your decision not to pass on the TVA cost increase. That is a credit to you and your employees and your constant improvement efforts to increase productivity and thus decrease costs.
The 4-County team led by Joe Cade should be an example to all organizations how to be good stewards of their resources. If all businesses, governments, schools and volunteer organizations would replicate their performance, it would lead to lower costs for all citizens and thus give consumers more discretionary income.
