The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department:
Dennis Wayne Cunningham, 38, of 6462 Highway 45 N., was arrested by LCSO Nov. 26 and charged with domestic violence, aggravated assault and aggravated assault manifesting extreme indifference to life. He was released on a $20,000 bond.
Michael Lashay Butler, 34, of 1308 20th St. N., was arrested by LCSO Nov. 27 and charged with three counts of burglary of a commercial building, car, etc., failure to appear and accessory after the fact. He has not been released.
Demarco Antonae Elliott, 24, of 55 Butternut Drive, was arrested by MHP Nov. 27 and charged with driving under the influence, speeding 10-20 miles per hour over the speed limit, possession of more than an ounce of marijuana. He has not been released. His court date is scheduled for Dec. 11.
Jamal Dewonta Hicks, 20, of 329 Downs Road, was arrested by MBN Nov. 27 and charged with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and the sale and possession of drugs within the jail facilities. He has not been released.
Charle’ Danielle Latham, 25, of 677 Yorkville Road Apt. B5, was arrested by LCSO Nov. 28 and charged with three counts of obtaining controlled substances by fraud. She has not been released. Bond is set at $4,998. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 11, 2013.
Adrian Lamont Lowery, 37, of 1582 Sand Road, was arrested by LCSO Nov. 27 and charged with grand larceny-more than $500 and possession of paraphernalia. He has not been released. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 15, 2013.
Tommy Lavoris Lowery, 27, of 1582 Sand Road, was arrested by LCSO Nov. 27 and charged with grand larceny-more than $500. He has not been released.
Lisa Glass Frierson, 49, of 1015 Second St. S., was arrested by MDOC Nov. 29 and charged with violation of probation. She has not been released.
