Palmer Home for Children has named Dr. David Foster as Vice President of Children’s Services.
Foster comes to Palmer Home for Children with more than 30 years of professional experience in children’s services. In his most recent position, he served as regional director for the Mississippi Children’s Home Services. Educated at Dallas Theological Seminary, Wheaton College and Reformed Theological Seminary, Dr. Foster brings a combination of both licensed professional expertise and active ministry experience.
As Vice President of Children’s Services, Dr. Foster will assist the President to ensure that the best practices are in place for the clinical and pastoral needs of children.
