Adoption Extravaganza — Live music, inflatables, face painting and food are part of the Shaw Pit Bull Adoption Extravaganza from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Tractor Supply Co. in Columbus. Gala in the Gardens — The gardens of Windy Hill, the home of Nancy Imes, will be the setting for the Columbus Arts Council’s annual gala, beginning at 6 p.m. Live music by El Rio Trio, live and silent auctions featuring multiple vacation stays and more than 100 other items, heavy hors d’oeuvres and open bar await ticket holders.
